As part of its educational direction the National Museum "Holodomor victims’ Memorial" in the museum holds interactive lessons "Holodomor: to remain human" for students in grades 5 –7. Therefore, teachers have the ability to transfer a lesson of the history of Ukrainian genocide of 1932 – 1933 from school audience to the museum exhibition, where the perception of the material of schoolchildren will be facilitated by modern teaching methods and multimedia tools.
Information about the Holodomor, its preconditions and consequences are submitted in a form that does not hurt, and encourages the search for the exit from the crisis, becoming the lesson of interaction. From display to today's teenagers speak people who in 1933 were their peers. Teens work with copies of archival documents, government decrees, telegrams and decisions signed by the perpetrators and organizers of the Holodomor. Discuss which human rights were violated by the Soviet authorities during the genocide, how propaganda used against the citizens of the manner in which a totalitarian regime reformatted society. Students learn what mutual support was between people in these difficult times.
The main message of the lesson: it does not happen again, if young people know their civil rights and appreciate life.

The cost of an interactive lesson is for a group of up to 12 people 160 UAH, for a group from 13 to 20 people - 230 UAH. Also, the cost of entrance tickets to the museum is paid additionally.
