Museum’s Geo-Informational System Was Recognized as One of the Best Digital Projects in the Cultural Sphere

The project of the National Museum “Geo-informational System ‘Places of Mass Burials of the Victims of the Holodomor-Genocide’” was included in the list of the 25 best digital projects implemented with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.

The Geo-Informational System was developed on the basis of two priority areas proposed by the UCF:

The Geo-Informational System “Places of Mass Burials of the Victims of the Holodomor-Genocide” is a web-page, where information about the graves of the victims of the genocide of 1932–1933 is visualized. Users can find information about the mass burials of the Holodomor victims, monuments and memorials erected to honor Holodomor victims. Also, the data on the number of killed by famine, archival materials and memories about the Holodomor in many settlements of Ukraine are available.
