"We were learning a bit about the Holodomor at school, but of course, not in such depth and detail. Now I realize more, I see the spiral of history repeating itself, how one event depends on another. I would recommend this museum to friends, because only by knowing what has already happened, will we be able to analyze what is happening today,” said Kristin Sydoryk, a member of the ensemble.

Tryzub is a Ukrainian dance ensemble was founded in 1974 in Calgary, Canada. 44 years ago, 7 inspired natives of Ukraine formed a group to promote the art of Ukrainian dance and intercultural dialogue on another continent.

Today, a group of dancers and instructors of the ensemble visited the Holodomor Museum and learned more about the history of their ancestors. Very soon they will perform in Kropyvnytskyi and Ivano-Frankivsk.
