On September 3, 2019, in Lviv, in the Memorial Museum of Totalitarian Regimes “Territory of Terror,” a seminar-conference “The Holodomor of 1932–1933: the local aspects. Problems of research and public understanding” was held. The purpose of the event was to increase knowledge about the causes and essence of the policy of the totalitarian Stalinist regime regarding the Ukrainian statehood and the Ukrainian farmers in 1932–1933, preserve the memory of the national tragedy, establish communication and cooperation between museum representatives in the context of cultural dialogue. The event was attended by the employees of the Holodomor Research Institute (Kyiv), the Dnipropetrovsk National History Museum and the Luhansk Regional Local Lore Museum.
Holodomor Research Institute (Kyiv):
